Hom-idyomo English
Sincerity is better than eloquence.
No agivi a tua similyo kio tu no desiꭋuy ke li agil te. Do not do unto thy fellow-being what thou wouldst not wish that he should do unto you.
No estivi vindíktema. Konsideꭋivi ke la sumo da du malos no foꭋmay uni bono. Be not revengeful. Reflect that the sum of two evils does not make a good.
Kind words enhance politeness, but only generous acts can win the soul.
