Cyringlish is essentially english, but instead of using the Latin Alphabet, the Cyrillic Alphabet is used. The same vocabulary as english is used, and any sounds from english not represented by the Cyrillic alphabet may be represented by english characters.

Example:

(Article 1 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights)
